• The air end is the heart of a screw compressor; its performance directly affects the overall efficiency and service life. BLT adopts air ends from Atlas Copco, a leader in the air compressor industry.
• SAP profile optimizes screw compression efficiency to the greatest extent, saving more than 5% energy compared to similar products on the market.
• High machining precision, low vibration and low noise from the air end.
• SKF heavy-duty bearings and high-rigidity rotors ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.

Intelligent Control System  

• LCD display in Chinese and English, user-friendly and intuitive, allowing quick and easy adjustment of unit parameters.
• Powerful all-round protection: maximizes prevention of failures caused by short circuit, locked rotor, phase loss, overload, etc.

Average energy savings up to 30% or more  

Bolaite variable frequency air compressors automatically adjust motor speed to track changes in air demand, delivering average energy savings of 30% or more.
The extra investment in a VFC variable frequency compressor can be recovered within 1–2 years.

 



 

Standard models: fluctuating air demand, higher operating costs  

Standard air compressors use a wide pressure band to cope with fluctuating air demand, loading at high demand and unloading at low demand.
This results in higher system pressure and higher energy consumption.
Due to fluctuating air demand, the compressor runs unloaded for long periods, causing energy waste.

Perfect combination of air end and high-efficiency permanent magnet motor  

 

BLT PM+ Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Compressor  

The newly launched Atlas Copco air end is combined with a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor, featuring a proven split direct-drive system.
It avoids the disadvantages of integrated permanent magnet compressors such as difficult assembly/disassembly and easy demagnetization,achieving maximum efficiency while ensuring high reliability.

Specially developed for variable frequency applications, the Atlas Copco air end maintains high efficiency over a wide frequency range and meets China Class 1 Energy Efficiency Standard at rated frequency.

VFC Variable Frequency: variable flow, energy-saving control  

The working pressure set for the variable frequency compressor matches the customer’s required pressure, keeping the whole system at lower pressure.
Thanks to variable speed adjustment, it meets low-load demand with almost no unloading, eliminating unnecessary energy consumption.
